Streaming Content From The Mindspace

Tuesday, June 18, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

Using content creation tools when writing product descriptions is a tricky affair. Unfortunately, content creation tools are driven by artificial intelligences or at least rely on algorithmic processing to generate content in quantity that safely passes benchmarks to ensure its uniqueness. The solution is to write in the manner of stream-of-consciousness, drawing from a brain full of experiences on this planet and from explorations of the mind within the body itself. Putting ideas onscreen as a steady flow is a habit that takes practice but quickly develops and becomes natural. Understandably, writers are inhibited by their own fears of inadequacy and by notions of judgment by their audience and by critics which they internalize and begin to emulate in their own minds.

Instead of content creation tools that rely on essentially what amount to being robots, writers can look into the content of their daily lives to find substance worth writing about. A writer can remember an interesting encounter he or she had at the grocery store:

A middle-aged woman asks a passing stocking clerk, "Oh, well, I'm not going to buy this tomato sauce, because it says it has aspartame in it. Doesn't aspartame cause cancer or boils, something like that?"

The clerk replies, "I'm not sure about that. Where does it say it has aspartame in it?"

The woman blinks, and squints at the label. "I, well, it said somewhere here. Maybe I didn't see that? I guess I just looked at it wrong."

"There's no aspartame in that sauce," the clerk says, smiling. "I'm pretty sure nobody adds aspartame to spaghetti sauce."

"Oh," says the woman. "Well, can you make your own sauce, do you think, sort of just with ketchup?"

The clerk says, "I don't know. Ketchup is maybe the wrong way to go about it."

The woman blinks and nods her head, and then she thanks the clerk. She goes on down the aisle, the tomato sauce left sitting on the shelf.

And here content has been created, ideas infused, with little more than a quick recall of a casual encounter in a grocery store. Someone motivated enough could take this info and turn it into content on a blog (and look, we just did it). The kind of creative content that consumers actually enjoy reading is not typically generated by A.I.

Small Businesses Need Blog Writers

Friday, June 14, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths
Running a small business is fun, exciting and sometimes scary. The work can be overwhelming at times and a small business owner might be tempted to try to handle all aspects of his or her business alone. This approach just doesn't work for most people. However, a business owner can't just ignore the value of using promotional blog content. Blogs support the business in many ways, both directly and with regard to business presence in search engines.
A business blog is a refined, technical and professional body of content. It's not just fluff, gossip and the opinions of a crazy, lonely writer who sits around in a terrycloth robe. The blog contains information that customers actually find useful and come to rely on for consistency and accuracy. At the same time, with respect to the terrycloth, a good blog contains an appropriate amount of creative and imaginative material to keep the readers interested. A good blog makes sure that readers keep clicking for more and that they keep coming back over time.

Using a service that writes blogs professionally will make sure that you have people working hard to support your bottom line through content writing while you take care of business and focus on the clients themselves. Finding a good service means that you have writers who have mastered a diversity of techniques and styles in order to keep your blog as fresh as possible, rich with references to art, history, science and popular culture, while at the same time full of useful, accurate information that your readers really need.

Advantages Of Writing Your Own Blog Content

Thursday, June 13, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths
Keeping a blog is a great way to promote your enterprise. However, good blogging is time consuming and labor intensive. Due to to the work involved and because some people just don't enjoy writing or aren't that good at it, many business owners look to freelancers to handle the writing for their marketing content.

One reason to hire a blogger is to minimize time that you spend on writing. You can dedicate the time that you save to focusing on your product or service. Additionally, you can concentrate more on your clients instead of your marketing and establish a richer relationship with the people who do business with you.

Also, you can focus on creating new content that isn't necessarily writing. You might want to produce videos, make presentations, publish webinars, or organize promotional events. If you leave the writing to writers, you'll have lots more time to promote your business in other ways.

However, it isn't always the case that hiring a writer is the best way to go about creating a business blog. Here are a few reasons why:
  • Simply put, it's expensive. Good freelance work comes at a premium and sometimes small business owners can't afford that expense. Doing the writing yourself will save money in the end.
  • Also, it could threaten your credibility if you publish content with your name on it that in fact is not your own writing.
  • Finally, someone blogging for you from outside your company probably won't have the understanding of your business that you or someone working you directly has.
In the end, you'll have to decide between writing your own marketing content or hiring writers to handle the work. It's not just a black and white issue, though: You also have the option to take care of some of the work and to offload projects you just can't accommodate in your schedule to outside writers. Finding the balance that suits your needs is the key to a shared work solution.

Focusing On Your Human Readership

Wednesday, June 12, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths
A leading researcher of Internet search technology famously predicted in 2012 that SEO practices as we understand them in 2013 would be fundamentally different by 2015. The major players in the search industry, such as Google, would reposition the search technologies so that content geared exclusively to gain rank status in the search engines would be identified as such and its effect on search results minimized.

That's not to say that keywords and sophisticated techniques involving linking won't mean anything anymore. However, they will only be responsibly for a minor percentage of the final results. Instead, links pointing directly to the content and direct referrals from social media will drive the search results.

To be clear, content marketing is how businesses reach out to potential new clients and expose their brand. Blogging, social media, multimedia content (such as Youtube) and digital publications like eBooks and slideshows are all elements of contemporary content marketing. In conjunction with content marketing is SEO, or search engine optimization. SEO is the art of optimizing content and a business web presence to ensure searchers see the business at the top of the list when using search engines. This means that good SEO has to account for the many terms and phrases searchers might use to look for your product or service. Content must be optimized to match for specific vocabulary.

The best content marketing relies heavily on thorough, competent research. In fact, the best writers only spend about a quarter of their time doing the actual writing. At least half of the total time should go to research and planning around the content. This ensures that the information presented by the content is something that human readers will value and come to rely on and not just something that the machines recognize for the search engines.

The other point to focus on for good content marketing is the audience. The best content focuses on the clients, both current and prospective. That means that style, voice and context is critical when targeting your readership. Choosing the right topic, putting the content in the preferred format, and using a voice that matches the personalities of your readership are all crucial to successful content marketing.

Knowing Your Blogging Audience

Monday, June 10, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths
Despite complaints to the contrary, the Internet is full of excellent content. The writers of that content don't always have an easy time with their writing, however. A lot of times a growing process is necessary before their content graduates from mediocre fluff to actually good stuff. One issue common to all writers is the struggle to understand their readership.

Business blogging has its own set of rules. Writers in this category must keep the consumer of the content first in mind. It is important that the writer clearly defines the type of reader that the blog targets before the writing starts. Then the writer can focus on using the right language that works effectively with the psychology of the readership.

Many times a writer can accidentally fall into the habit of shaping his or her writing using the language and themes that he or she prefers personally. This can be a mistake, and you should avoid this pitfall by keeping the target audience in mind. If you're writing about the wedding cake industry and hoping to target small business owners whose product is the wedding cake, then don't focus your blog on how to increase traffic to your blog. Keep the focus on the wedding cake industry. If you prefer a specific kind of wedding cake, remember that your readership probably likes other kinds and styles of cakes. Don't pigeonhole yourself before you get a chance to address every aspect of the topic that you're writing about.

If you're writing on behalf of a specific business so that its readers are clients of that business, then remember to focus on the content. If the business is web design but the business owner really wants to target local small businesses, then write about topics that touch on aspects of doing business in a local setting and themes that set small business owners apart from big corporations. Don't write about the technical side of web design.

At the same time, don't let your ideas go to waste. If you find yourself suddenly in the middle of a bunch of text that is well written and rich with information, but that has lost the focus of the article, then put that writing aside in a safe place. Later you can use that writing in a different way. This not only keeps your productivity at a maximum, but lets you have material with which to branch out later on.

Make sure you pay attention to data that describes the readership of the blog. This is why analytics applications are useful. Find out where the readers are coming from, what technologies they use and how much time they usually spend reading. Also, pay close attention to comments that the content attracts. Use reader interaction to shape your blog around the personalities and preferences of the readership.

Knowing your audience and staying on track with your writing will keep your readership coming back for content that they've grown to trust.

How To Go About Blogging For Businesses

Thursday, June 6, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths
All wordsmiths understand from experience that a shiny, empty flatscreen devoid of content is one's own worst nightmare when a deadline is coming at you like a freight train. In today's marketplace, brand exposure is fueled predominantly by raw data and analysis. A writer can beat the feeling of being trapped in a sterile, impersonal assignment by using his or her creative interests to carve out the content of an article from the industry-specific or narrowly technical bedrock of the topic.

This approach works regardless of whether one is delivering content for multiple clients on a fixed schedule, or if one is aiming to launch a blog of one's own. Whatever the case, a writer needs an unobstructed view of the playing field and a plan to ensure success, all without the risk of a nervous breakdown and the need for a  mental health support team (but a team is useful, too). Here a few good points to keep in mind when planning one's strategy:
  • A writer shouldn't fear delving into the geekier side of the topic on occasion. In a business article, the writer is the expert on the offerings of the enterprise, so the writer should understand the liberty he or she has to speak out about the detailed, topical knowledge he or she has on the subject. It's true that too technical of an article can drive the readership away, but on the other hand, most readers want to learn something factually accurate and useful from the items that they choose to read.
  • A writer should have reference to a broad range of topics in the arts, humanities and popular culture. Staying aware of items of popular interest that gives his or her content a timely feel is important. The writer should be able to refer to monolithic examples of art and literature, as well as minutiae that he or she personally has found interesting throughout his or her own reading and viewing experiences.
  • A good idea is to schedule one's content around milestones in order to make sure one delivers the content on time and with a good balance of creative elements of technical elements. This gives the writer breathing room to ensure that the content is couched well in writing that reflects some outside research or complementary ideas that the writer brings to the table. It also makes sure the final product is on time. The writer can also set up the milestones so that each allotment of content is not just a quantity of words, but also an outline of creative ideas that the writer prepares ahead of time and then builds out in writing
  • In the end, one should make sure that one doesn't lose readership and push clients away by delivering writing that seems to be too repetitive. Keeping the writing diverse with good word choices and a depth of ideas, insight and references outside of the subject is crucial so that there's a little something for every reader, every time.

Top Advantages of Outsourcing Content Creation

Monday, June 3, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths
As a business owner, you've been confronted with the question of whether to rely on in-house staff or outsourcing when it comes to content creation for your company. Here are ten reasons why you may want to opt for the latter:
  1. It's cheaper. It's much more expensive to hire in-house staff, then train them, and on top of that, give them full benefits with your company.
  2. It saves time. Balancing multiple projects between a few members of in-house staff can be stressful and lead to deadlines being missed. Outsourcing allows you to hire as many people as necessary to get the job done as quickly as possible.
  3. You get to use the skills of others. For some people, content creation happens with the snap of a finger. These are the type of workers that content creation is specifically outsourced to – trained professionals.
  4. The results are fantastic. With a talented content writer, you can expect immediate results. When you hire someone well-versed in SEO, you're bound to see a significant increase in your website's traffic.
  5. It takes the stress off of you. You're the business owner; you don't need to be the manufacturer, blog writer, or PR agent for your own company. If you want to, that's fine. If you don't, you can outsource content creation to an expert.
  6. It sets you up with a marketing strategy. Outsourcing companies that specialize in writing will be able to put together a plan for what content to post, when to post it, and how to get more people excited.
  7. You can even create content on a multitude of topics. When you use outsourced workers, you are able to choose from an even larger pool of diversity. These writers can create content focusing on various topics to get media attention from all kinds of groups.

Get Freelance Content Writers to Make Google, Bing or Yahoo! Love Your Website

Thursday, May 23, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

You may have noticed that major changes in most search engines have led to some websites being boosted and others losing their ranking. Chances are your website has fallen into the latter group and you can’t seem to piece together the puzzle of what really happened. If you engaged in black hat SEO tactics, then it is pretty easy to figure out. However, if you believe you have been following the rules then things do become a little more complicated. Trained freelance content writers can get search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo! to love your website. They know that keyword stuffing is an old technique of the past and is no longer effective in getting organic traffic. They also know that content blogging and business are interlinked for a successful online presence. In other words they know where to start to give you the leads you need.

So what can a content service do to make you shine in the eyes of search engines? They can provide QUALITY. Search engines love content that has substance and that is shared across different platforms. When your content starts to generate buzz then it is sign that you are attracting a relevant crowd to what you have to say. Chances are you may even be filtered into Google Alerts and get your content exposed to even more readers that are searching for a particular keyword. This will give your brand the additional traction it needs to remain competitive online.

Another important point to bear in mind with freelance writers is that they know how Google, Bing and Yahoo! operate. They are able to make simple, yet powerful ads that can boost your PPC campaign. They are also able to pinpoint the best keywords to use to make your content stand out.

Winning the War of Words With Content Writers

Wednesday, May 22, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

It’s not always easy to say the right words when writing blog posts-long sentences and wordiness can often overshadow the message you want to convey to your online readers. While some webmasters may resort to buying blog posts that have PLR rights attached to them, they often find that the quality is far from satisfactory. Professional content writers can strip away the wordiness and long sentences to present only the most interesting and useful facts to your readers.  These professionals study your business to better understand your audience and effectively align your online pitch to their needs. Business Blog Writers (BBW) can do the same for you in the following ways:

  • Give Your Ideas Life:  Knowing what you want to say and actually getting it across in a clear manner can be a challenge.  BBW gives your idea life by removing all the gaps that will hinder how you communicate with your readers. This gives your online brand a better chance to attract loyal clients and build an online reputation in the process.
  • Gives You More Time to Plan: When you hire a blogger to provide your content needs online you have more personal time to plan and trace your next steps. BBW allows you to focus on your business without getting weighed down with the work to make it successful.
  • Gives You a Competitive Edge:  Your content can give you a leading advantage over your competitor. BBW makes this possible by using the major keywords that clients want to see in product descriptions or general online content. When you buy blog posts from our blog platform you get content that is specifically tailored to your needs.

You don’t have to fight the battle of words alone when it comes to online content. By allowing BBW to take care of your content needs, you get to have foothold in the market while remaining relevant in the process.

How Blog Writing Can Help You Build Backlinks

Wednesday, April 17, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

Backlinks weigh just how important your website is in the eyes of other websites. When the search engines see this, your pages are more likely to go up the rank and appear in high search results. Effective blog writing can increase the number of backlinks you generate with your content and here is how:

  • Shows expertise: Experts are like magnets and draw attention to what they say and write. When people believe you are an expert by the type of quality posts you deliver, they are more likely to link to your posts. If they are linking from an authority website and have a large number of visitors each month, this positively affects not only your rank, but also the number of backlinks you generate from their visitors. People are more likely to link to content someone else recommends.
  • Shows activity: A blog will show your level of online activity and this comes into play when guest posting. The more you are regularly involved in posting informative articles with solid information on your blog, the higher the probability of getting people to post your posts on their websites.
  • Promotes sharing: So what if someone that shared your content on social media did not link to your content? Your content still has a chance.  Some online visitors will share things they find on the internet through social media, but they may not necessarily link to your article. However, the pool of people that see the share or likes are more inclined to link to your articles and share it across different  platforms.

It’s important to get high quality backlinks to your website whether you decide to outsource content writing or use content creation tools. The quality of each link will determine just how relevant you are to search engines.

Lead Generation: Proven Ways Content Providers Can Make a Difference

Tuesday, April 16, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

Are you finding that your online sales funnel is almost always empty? You have a blog as an extension of your main websites, but just can’t seem to generate any leads? There are many reasons for this, but the most obvious and often committed blogging sin is that you are not using qualified content providers to bring life to your blog pages. Instead you may be doing the blogging yourself or asking just about anyone to write something, hoping for a miracle or a drastic sign to change the low demand tide. Freelance writers can do more for your blog than use creative words on your pages. A professional content provider can make you generate leads in the following ways:

  • No regurgitation:  Some businesses make the mistake of only posting press releases to their blogs and nothing else. Others just regurgitate marketing material to fill the empty spaces on the blogs. These two approaches are wrong, because the business fails to listen to the feedback from clients to guide their content. Instead, they adopt only a marketing approach online. Content for blogs should have personality and include information that help your audience, show insightful tips and connect your clients even more with your brands.
  • Not Absent: A freelance writer’s work and profession revolve around writing. Your staff and even yourself on the other hand may not be writers and also not have the time to plan blog posts. A professional content writer will provide regular updates to your blog so that you are always reaching out to the online community. In other words you are not an absent brand.

Your online presence is interconnected with the content you write and share. Whether you choose to use articles, digital content or a combination of both, you can work with a professional that can improve your online presence on a consistent basis.

Why a Gravatar Should Matter When Creating Web Content

Monday, April 15, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

Blogging use to be done anonymously when writing blog posts. But now with the growing need to establish brand identity and connect with the online community, more and more bloggers and companies alike are using

Gravatar

Gravatar stands for Globally Recognized Aviator and is pulled from Gravatar servers when anyone leaves a comment or posts an article with it. The website must support Gravatar for it to be effective. In essence it is an image that you freely choose to use online. But why should an image matter when creating web content? The image used to create Gravatar serves as an online identity throughout the entire web and ultimately gives an indication of the type of brand or person behind it.

When you leave comments on websites and post online using your Gravatar you are increasing not only our online exposure, but also using visualization as a powerful marketing tool. This important tool helps others to recognize you and this is important to develop relationships online and to also increase your traffic. Without even looking at the article or the comment you wrote, most people will recognize your Gravatar. If you decide to do guest posting in the future and have to have a strong online presence then it is more likely to get websites willing to publish your posts because of your good online history.

You can use the best blog writers to help promote your Gravatar and brand. When someone uses the hovercard then they will get valuable information that allows them to trace not only your information, but to also build confidence in your expertise and brand on the process.

Surviving Search Engine Updates With an Online Content Writer

Friday, April 12, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

Search engine updates are unpredictable and websites or blogs that are not prepared will lose important ranking. When these algorithm updates are released sites and blogs that are on the wrong side will immediately see a plunge in their online traffic. This is especially the case for those that do not use ethical SEO practices that are often known as black hat SEO. But how can an online content writer help to avoid such a disastrous fate? Is there any way a blog or website can be “algorithm proof” so that they do not have start rebuilding their online presence from the bottom up? The answer is yes and here is how:

  • Authoritative content: It goes without saying that content is king. A website that has high quality content developed by professional web content writers is far less likely to feel the pinch of a search engine update.
  • Improve social presence: Regular content updates and an active online presence are some of the proven ways to keep off the black list of search engines. The more social signals you have coming from Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and other websites such as Pinterest, the less flogging you’ll get from search engine updates.

Your content will determine just how long you survive online, so it is important that you hire content writer that is on par with the latest SEO content writing updates and know how to sell your brand image. When you are mindful of this and resist the temptation of getting quick leads with poor quality backlinks and keyword stuffing you become even more competitive.

Don’t Put all Your Eggs in One Basket When Considering Content Marketing Services

Thursday, April 11, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

Effective content marketing services will pull traffic from various sources. That said, you must ensure that your blog or website is not dependent on one particular type of traffic source. By diversifying your traffic sources you stay relevant online and to the online community. If you fail to bear this in mind, then not only are you losing a valuable part of the market segment from a particular platform, you are also vulnerable to certain changes.

A professional blogger will bring your content before a diversified market segment by using social media, guest posting and other forms of content marketing to reach a larger audience.  However, some blog and websites generally rely on search engine traffic as their major traffic source. While good organic traffic through search engines is an indication that you are reaching the online community, it can quickly dwindle when there are any changes to algorithms that affect websites and blogs.

Content for blogs and websites can be advertised across different platforms. Many are usually free, which point to their low-cost advantage as a possible game changers when used correctly. A webmaster that puts most of his eggs in one basket is less competitive than one that uses different platforms to market his products. This factor should be taken into consideration whether you have an e-commerce website or are just providing general information to the online community. Since search engines also use social signals to measure your online presence, it is important that you create traffic from different sources to be better ranked.

Authoritative Content: What it Means to Freelance Content Writers

Wednesday, April 10, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

You might have heard, read or seen the term “authoritative content”, but do you know what it really means? Authoritative content is expert advice written in the form of articles, white papers, journals or academic papers. It may also be digital content. To freelance content writers, it is the content that distinguishes the lead they will allow their clients to have over competitors. To write authoritative content means you are writing as an expert that can be trusted to provide solid guidelines. In some cases experts find they need to outsource content writing to gain.

Freelance writers that compose authoritative content must conduct research to come across as an expert. In some cases there are article writers that write for specific niches due to their expertise in that particular niche.

Another important characteristic of authoritative content is that it is written with website users in mind. This means it written to cater to the level of the audience taking into consideration their concerns, questions and other factors that they need to know. It is also written with far less emphasis on search engine optimization, instead more importance is given to writing naturally as opposed to writing with search engines in mind. This does not mean that authoritative content does not take SEO into consideration. However, some websites have made themselves an authority in their industry by using article writing and blog writing services offered by Business Blog Writers.

The Danger of Depending on One Social Media Platform for Content Marketing Services

Tuesday, April 9, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

When Nicholas Car coined the term digital sharecropping he must have seen where Web 2.0 was going.. In a nutshell the term is used to describe the rather hopeful and dedicated website owner working long hours around the clock to fatten the bank accounts of one or a group of social media websites and still not having anything at the end of the day. In layman terms, it is similar to working a hard 9-5 job to make your employer richer and not being able to stand on your own two feet if they decide to pull the rug. You have nothing of your own, all your time, talent and money are invested to make someone else richer. The discerning webmaster can all but ignore the fact that sharecropping is as real as writing blog posts to use solely on Twitter.

The above scenario may appear to be exaggerated, but it nonetheless accurately depicts the state on online marketing. Even with the many content marketing services on the market, most webmasters feel content enough to put all their eggs in one basket. As a result, they invest time in building their Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc., accounts failing to realize that at the end of the day the shifting landscapes of social media can leave then without their content, fans and updates. It takes a good enough purchase price to by out a large company, and the bottom men are hardly remembered in the transactions.

As a website owner you must invest in multiple forms of online marketing, but most importantly you must ensure that they are in your control of these forms. Hiring a professional blogger to craft top quality content that will build an impeccable online reputation are factors that you can control. The same is true for using your websites as a lead generator through an opt-in e-mail list creator or using another creative call to action approach that allows you to reach your website visitors.

Focus on Your Territory by Building an Online Reputation with Content Creation

Friday, April 5, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

A lot of focus is often placed on off-site SEO to the detriment of on-site SEO. Consequently, the idea of building your website territory often takes the back burner. What most people don’t realize is that there needs to be a perfect balance between on-site and off-site SEO to get quantifiable results. When you focus on your own territory first you are taking control of your control. When your focus on content creation and distribution is mostly around websites you cannot control, you run the risk of wasting time, losing content and falling seriously behind in your online marketing efforts if these websites decide to pull the plugs on their operations. In other words you are placing your control in a golden platter in the hands of third parties. Yikes! That is certainly not good.

Business Blog Writers can help you develop your online territory starting with high quality content for your website. We believe that website visitors should first know your brand and its benefits before trying to push them into the sales funnel. Content for blogs and websites should act as a conveyor belt to turn surfers into leads that generate clients. You can only accomplish this with high quality content, a crisp website design with zero navigation issues and a call to action technique that gathers valuable information about your potential clients.  When these are in place, then your off-site SEO attempts will complement your on-site efforts instead or override them or fall into the temptation of concentrating your efforts in one place for content marketing services.

Don’t Multitask: Outsource Your Digital Content Creation

Wednesday, April 3, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

In most people’s mind, anyone that can multitask is a superhuman. Some webmasters even try to adopt this philosophy by writing their own content, doing their own digital content creation, researching their own keywords and many other tasks. While this might appear to cut cost, it is a costly mistake to make and can seriously affect online leads. Knowing how to delegate tasks to the right people is essential if you intend to stay online for more than just a few months and generate profit. This is where outsourcing comes in - you get connected with the right pool of talent that can give your ideas wings.

Digital content creation, which is the most technical of all is usually what some webmasters try to do themselves. They don’t realize that an amateur video with the wrong types of keywords cannot effectively push their brand up the search engine pages. They might know that SEO is important, but without a clear understanding of how if should be done and how it applies to content, they may stuff their video descriptions with too many keywords. Other reasons why you should not try to multitask and should instead outsource your digital content include:

  1. Your Video Titles Are Important: When someone searches for something in the search engines, your video title is the first thing that shows up. It is important that this title adequately describes the contents of the video and that important keywords are used in it. You reduce your chances of getting noticed by visitors if you do not take SEO content writing into consideration. Many freelance content writers now know how to research keywords, so it is important that you get a professional that cannot only find the proper keywords, but also integrate them into your content and still maintain a natural flow.
  2. You waste time multitasking: Contrary to popular belief, many people do not gain time when they multitask, but instead waste it. When you have to focus your energies on many aspects, your attention gets shifted in too many directions and you could end up not doing a particular task properly. The same applies when you try to create and distribute your own digital content yourself. Unless you have years of experience doing this, the chances of missing an important step in the whole process of failing to consider certain factors are increased. This is why you should outsource to a reputable content writing company to ensure that your content gets the attention it deserves to guarantee favorable results.

Don’t Outsource Content Writing to the Wrong People

Wednesday, April 3, 2013 by Jackson Griffiths

The world of writing has evolved considerably in the last decades. Gone are the days when you had to queue to wait until a renowned writer completed orders for content creation. Now, with just a few clicks, some money on your credit card and a project description, writers come to you. And they do come. Some are established freelance content writers with a knack with words that puts even Shakespeare to shame. And then there are those that are just trying to make it in the freelance world. This latter group doesn’t necessarily love writing, aren’t too passionate about it, but they still manage to get some orders and pad their wallet at the end of the month.

But then there is this third group, the group with the cheap price tag, the broken English and, if Shakespeare forbids, with little regard for copyright infringement. This group will shamelessly copy content, re-write it and then attach a cheap price tag to it. Sadly, it is this group that many webmasters gravitate to with the hope of cutting costs. They soon find out that they outsourced to the wrong people and have to spend more money to get things right with another writer.  So, should you spend on blog writing services or website content to get quality and avoid the cheap route? The answer is yes.

Outsourcing to the wrong types of writer not only wastes your time it also gives your competitor a leading edge.  If you want to remain online for many years to come you cannot have any known loophole that can be used by your competitor. When you outsource content to companies that provide web content writing service, you should think of the brand you are trying to establish and determine if the writer you plan to hire can represent it in their writing.

Content creation tools that involve spinning content by some writer with the hope of cutting the number of hours they spend writing large orders, are not effective.  They eventually get the work done, but each piece of content generated from these tools will not do justice to the service and products you offer your clients. Some are also so bent on SEO content writing that the writing lacks a seamless flow and comes across as forced and poorly written.

Outsourcing can be effective when the right types of people are used to promote your business. This is why your brand and your products should be at the forefront of your mind when selecting freelance blog writers. Price should not the magnet that attracts you to hire a professional, even though it does matter at the end of the day. You want authentic, high quality content that gives you valuable leads at the end of the month. You want people to read your content and believe you are an expert. You also want them to share and recommend your content to others. This is only possible when you establish a clear outline with your requirements and hire a competent professional to deliver.
